You can go into the Registry (use Regedit) and change the setting for the upper radius and see if that helps.

Yeah, I tried that, but unfortunately it didn't do the trick. So either there's more to AS than meets the eye, or perhaps there's a bug somewhere.

You might also change your domain sizes back down closer to 30 x 30. Tim has an "Analysis" paper he wrote (its on the website) that discusses the domain size; bigger is not always better!
